  1. Hi! thanks for your video. i am not too good with IT so need your advice. I have tried in vain to backup my itunes since 2016. i have had my phone 4 years now. was unsuccessful every time till now.
this time i can’t because i need to replace my phone battery. so with help from a friend, he found out that my c: drive has 200G of itunes backups. His advice was to delete the all the files cos can’t remove the file manually without knowing if it will affect anything..
may i know if by using your instruction, can i pick n choose which file to delete so that i won’t lose my old data? am i able to pick out those unsuccessful backups from the list of files? actually, i don’t quite understand what happens when itunes backup or sync my phone. so confusing.
    Thanks!
