    So I just started doing the Abe wheel and I am putting to much pressure on the arms and I think I am pulling with the legs do you guys have any tips like do I pull with the arms or should their be a lot of pressure that would make my arms ache tips like that

    Wow good stuff. I found this video because I’ve gotten to be able to do sets of 25 with the ab roller and it barely burns. I tried this form and I barely got 5 reps in. And my abs are on fire!
